My wife and I recently moved to Southington, and we really needed a water softener in our home, for not only was the hard water tough on our skin and hair, but it was also starting to damage our appliances and boiler which we needed to stop before it got worse.
We contacted TMS late last year and met with Shawn Olshefski. He did a free water test for us, and showed how hard our water actually was (it was worse than we expected) Shawn explained all the different tests thoroughly and professionally, it was quite fun as it was like a science class lol
After the test Shawn quickly provided us the quote for a water softener system the same day, however unfortunately my wife and I had an emergency and we couldn’t push through with the project in 2024, in which Shawn understood and was patient with us.
We contacted Shawn again at the end of March this year, as we were definitely ready to get our water softener installed, Shawn was super understanding of our budget situation and we agreed on a deal that worked for all of us.
We had our EcoWater softener with a Refiner installed last week and we couldn’t be more happier! We no longer have hard water stains, super dry skin/ falling hair, and we have peace of mind knowing our appliances / boiler will now last longer with the soft water.
Paul installed the Softener system, and one thing my wife and I agree on is PAUL IS AWESOME! From meeting Paul, he has such a friendly and warm attitude. He explained everything in a calm manner during the install from beginning to end, and he answered all of our questions professionally and showed us how the new systems and configurations work.
Again a HUGE SHOUTOUT to Paul and Shawn, we really appreciate all of your help! And we really look forward to working with TMS more in the future with the Comfort Club 🙂
I had a great experience. They came out promptly to fix a leaking water heater and quickly diagnosed the problem. The work was done efficiently and professionally, and everything has been running smoothly since. They were courteous, respectful of my home, and explained everything clearly. Highly recommended!
