I having issues sending photos with them not being processed nor showing. I sent about 10 photos of my custom driveway literally destroyed by the roofers with all types of substances wasted on my driveway, custom doormat. I have sent them to several individuals including the General Manager who has yet to call me relating to this matter. Speaking with Daniel along with a female,(secretary) name begins with an S have gone on deaf ears. Being told the General Manager will be notified and I would receive a call back from him hasn’t happened. 10 different Photos of the damage has been sent to the email they gave me belonging to the General Manager. No calls back. The only bright spot for this company is Brady Molohon who came out representing this company. Florida Premier is a huge let down from what Brady displays and represents himself.
Have to say I was very disappointed with the process and follow through provided by Anthony. Once we signed on the dotted line we were just a number and felt like we had fallen through the cracks. We were not updated with time frames and had to constantly ask for updates. The roof once it was placed was fantastic, but the process was painful. And now we still have leftover supplies at our house that need to be removed. When we contacted Anthony about it he just responded with someone else’s contact info as it wasn’t his problem anymore. If we would have gotten the same level of commitment throughout the process it would have been a 5 star review.

Just because you “rebrand” and change the name of your company in the middle of the process doesn’t change the fact that you are still run by the same people. Such a lame excuse.
Sooo I’m super nervous about massive house changes, roofing, etc. It’s been a long road getting my roof done and that’s on me, not TPC roofing, but my goodness these folks are the absolute best. Stephen has been handling me and my roof since day one and what an awesome dude. Everything got done quickly, on the schedule he told me and the roofers got it done in a single day. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Much love to everyone who helped me get my roof redone.
Edited to add: (reply to owners response, pic included so there are no edits). First, these two major hurricanes have been within the last 3 weeks, not 6. Secondarily, I was being generous of the 6 week mark… it was closer to 8 or 9.
Now that you have attempted to insult me with your fallacy that I am immune to what true peril is here’s a clue: we lost quite literally everything in Cat5 Hurricane Michael. Your excuse of hurricanes falls on deaf ears when we consider two things: this has been ongoing for 6+ months, not 3 weeks, or 6 weeks.
Finally, as a fellow business owner and someone who has built a career in business administration management, your response is appalling. At no point is it ever acceptable to insult customers. It also begs two questions: why have you ignored us and only responded when I resorted to this negative review and posting on social media? Why have you blocked us from Facebook… is it that you wish customers not see the truth?! Why, if you’re so busy, did someone call first AM today to schedule an appointment?
As a business owner, I know how difficult these reviews are to deal with. Please understand, reaching out in this manner is our last resort.
ORIGINAL POST:
In Spring 2024, we hired them to replace our roof in Winter Haven, FL. Immediately, it started leaking. After several months of complaining, a representative finally showed up (unannounced, mind you) to address our concerns. It was stated they found an area of improperly installed roof and that it was (supposedly) fixed. It was further noted that someone would reach out to remediate the interior damage resulting from the leak. That was 6 weeks ago. The repair was insufficient; it leaked the next time it rained and has leaked every time since. We have even attempted to reach out on social media, finding ourselves blocked. This is the type of unethical practice this company exhibits. Not to mention their hypocrisy in touting a corporate social responsibility of being veteran-friendly, yet my 100% Disabled Veteran husband is forced to deal with this hardship. As of this juncture, we have no date for remediation of a continually worsening problem.
I suppose this is my fault for not doing my due diligence in hiring them. Please don’t make the same mistake.
Be aware of FPR, THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND DON’T CARE ABOUT YOUR SITUATION .
Can’t give too many details because they like to sue you and put liens on your home.

Another update! As of Oct 2024 The contract is still NOT completed. FPR requested a drive-by of
Completion.Luckily, I was home. Everyone needs to be aware of this company. And for those who have contacted me about FPR not starting or completing the work, I suggest that you do a review.
.Update: May 2024 still has not completed the work on the contract.
Stop taking down my review!
This company does NOT do quality work. We had a new roof installed in June 2023 and had 2 leaks and tar stains They are suppose to return and finish work on our home. They will keep your insurance money. They have changed their LLC and now started another company in Texas under Wyatt LLC.
My husband and I couldn’t get out of our contract. Got bullied by their attorneys.
They hired within their know company to do other services in the contract for example; painting, tile work, etc. The painters were very unprofessional and had to come out to finish the work, but didn’t finish the work instead created more work for us to clean up after them. Paint on the floor and on the furniture, nothing was cover/protected. I was unable to be home to supervise. I can go on.
Lastly FPR doesn’t return calls. However, you will get lots of calls from their attorneys.
We are not satisfied with their work that they’ve done so after; roofing, painting, and stucco. We were pleased with the gutters.
Do your homework (better than us). Do NOT sign anything (I mean anything). Have an attorney read it over. Don’t sign an iPod. They have tricky ways of getting you.

7/24/2024: Sadly , FPR are very unprofessional. I’ve had many people reached out to me asking for information and also giving me feedback about FPR.
