Based upon my comparison through my experience with lawn care technicians from other companies, including Massey services and TruGreen, I can say without hesitation that the Turner pest control technician, Luis Reyes performed head and shoulders above their competitors. He on the first day of service treated our lawn for fungus, weeds, and pest, as well as provided winterizing nutrition.which will establish a sound baseline for improvement. I was impressed when he volunteered to follow-up in January to monitor the effectiveness of those treatments and retreat as necessary.
I’m looking forward to this new relationship.
Louis returned to critique the mole situation today! Hecis honest, hard working and intelligent. He is knowledgeable, excellent & friendly but the first visit the Turner guy on phone did not tell him of our mole problem after extensive discussion & he had told me to “water after Turner bait treatment” (which Louis said not the right protocol to do as moles love water).
So Louis had no product with him when he arrived early at our house, as didn’t know of our bad mole situation. Louis promptly left to get mole bait & returned within the hour & he did a really great job! 👍 Lucille & Felix
