Do NOT waste your $$!!!!!!! We had a “clog” in our septic pipes… the guy said it will cost $508 for me to cut a hole in your pipe & run my auger machine to clear out clog…2 days later my husband noticed a puddle of sludge & 💩 💩 coming from where they cut the hole in pipe…. & then noticed that they never PATCHED the HOLE…. they left it open & covered it back up with the dirt… we STILL had a clog!!!! So now my husband is trying to fix the MESS left behind…. cause the guy said he left the hole open incase it backed up again…. which it did… cause it didn’t all get cleared out the 1st time…. so no I would NOT waste my $$$$$$$$$$!!!!!!! & I would NOT recommend them to anyone….the 3rd Pic is from one side of my tank…. that the plumber guy said the lid had sunk on… my husband & son did a pulley system & got the lid off in 30 mins… the last Pic is of my tank that the plumber guy said did not need to be pumped…
Ultimate Plumbing was absolutely amazing. Very polite and kind. Very patient but also efficient with their work Took the time to explain everything to me in a way that even I would understand what was going on, and made sure they answered whatever questions I had. Even the stupid ones. Lol but I would seriously recommend these guys 1,000,000,000 times over. They are very hard workers. They are also fairly decent on pricing. But I would call them for all of your plumbing or septic needs. I did, and I would again. Thank you guys again, so very much appreciated!

Ultimate plumbing is great. The staff and the dispatcher (I guess you call them that, the person who makes the appointments.). It was an absolute emergency and they came right away and the catastrophe was averted. Very pleasant experience highly recommend. The review might say I am from NY and that is true but I have property in Alabama and that’s what they helped with and it was great.
Really enjoyed using Ultimate Plumbing to handle my shituation. Stacey and Alice were both great as far as scheduling and knowing who’s coming out when, following-up, the whole shebang. Both super pleasant in every interaction and seemed happy to answer questions/concerns. Josh the plumb-meister and Justin the septic doctor were also great, easy to talk to, explained everything well. I’ve already recommended the company, and would do so again!
I called with more questions than I thought could be answered. The receptionist was so kind and said it sounded like we needed our tank pumped. She had Fred call me back and give me answers. Unfortunately, the pump truck wasn’t available in my time frame. The 2 of them gave me contact information for who I could call that would be able to help.
Great customer service!! Will be calling for future plumbing needs!
