My husband and I called Universal Roof to set up an appointment for an estimate to replace our roof and 3 skylights. Our call was answered promptly and an appointment was set the next week. Dalton came out and showed us the differences between shingles, walked our roof to measure our skylights and assess the condition of the plywood underneath the shingles. He was very thorough, professional and informative. He suggested we install roof vents instead of using our old vents. We decided to use Universal Roof and not get any other estimates based on Dalton’s presentation. We are so pleased with the communication, workmanship, and quality of our new roof!! Jarod, the project manager, came out to inspect all the materials that had been delivered for our roof installation the next day. He discovered that one of our skylights was missing, and promised that he would have it in his truck the next morning. He did!! Our roof is fantastic, our skylights are beautiful, no leaks!! Even through Tropical Storm Debby. They were great to work with, have a fantastic product, and a professional team all around.

We’re so HAPPY with the new roof installed by Universal. This has been the BEST experience with a home improvement project that we’ve ever experienced! Next, we met Stefan as the project manager and we were once again pleasantly surprised by the great communication and professionalism while working through the entire roofing project which included new gutters and some additional chimney cap repairs. He kept us informed about each step and made himself available for any questions along the way. The gutters turned out great as well as the additional chimney work. All of the workers involved in our project were timely, professional and competent. We found that to be highly unusual based on past experiences with other contractors and companies we have dealt with for home improvements. What a pleasant experience with this company. I would highly recommend them if you’re in need of their services!

Marty and His team at Universal Roof provided an exceptional service, they not only replaced the roof with a superior roof product but the materials and the craftsmanship are the industries finest.
We have used many contractors throughout the nearly 20 years that we have had this property but I have not had any contractors that provided a better team of employees. I was thoroughly amazed at how quickly they were able to do the work; and how carefully they repaired the roof structure and sheathing before they installed the roofing to ensure our roof would last. finally, they did such a meticulous cleaning of the property you would never know that they were ever here except for our house has the best-looking roof in the neighborhood.
