We had a leak in our roof so we were searching for someone to look at it, and that’s how I found Eric. Before I found him, I talked with a couple of others who left me with an unsettling feeling. After reading all of Eric’s reviews, I knew he was the right one. We spoke one day, and he showed up the next. He walked around the outside of the house and pointed out some things to us, came inside to look at where it was dripping and then he got on the roof and found some issues that needed to be fixed. He took lots of pictures and then came back inside to go over them with us. He is very thorough and passionate about his work, and he truly cares about his customers. He came back a few days later with another guy and they repaired the damage and cleaned all the neglected areas. He even gave us a much-needed course in caring for our roof… something we knew nothing about. The following week we had solar panels installed and Eric came back after they were done to make sure that the workers did not do any damage. I can’t say enough about how happy we are with Eric and the services he provided. I can see why he has so many positive reviews. He’s personable and we enjoyed working with him. He also is very responsive. I will recommend him to anyone who is seeking roof inspections or repairs. He’s your guy! Thank you, Eric!!
I’d give 10 stars if I could. On 11/23/24 we called Westland Home/Roof Inspections. we decided to go with this company based on the amazing reviews. Due to the rain, a leak/crack in our kitchen ceiling turned into a big hole. The day we called, Eric came out and inspected our roof in a timely manner and was able to tell us what needed repairing, and how much it would cost. He was very honest and informative of what was going on with our roof and did not try to upsell us on any anything. For what we had done, his price was very reasonable, but of course, it will vary by services being completed .With it being his busy season, we only had to wait four days for him to come out and complete the repairs. The repairs were done in a timely and professional manner and numerous photos and videos were provided to us. Eric did make recommendations of what did need to be eventually done to the roof due to faulty building, which of course is not his fault. Eric recommended that we do not fix the hole in the ceiling at this time just in case if it were to continue leaking, we would not have a bigger issue on our hands. This is an easy review because the service was excellent. I noticed a roof leak around my fireplace Saturday morning. The leak was slowly dripping through the ceiling by the fireplace. Although Eric doesn’t normally work Sundays he still came out and took care of it before the next rains come in. He warranties his work as well. He explained the work he did and provided pictures as well. Eric came through in the clutch. I will definitely be using Westland moving forward.
Cannot say enough nice things about Eric Westland! He was kind, honest, quick to respond, easy to communicate with and gave me updates. He even found some small extra issues and fixed them while he was up on the roof. Sent me photos to verify everything. I would 100% use him again and plan to tell everyone else as well! I researched and called about 10 other roof companies and read through all reviews carefully and am so glad we went with Westland.
It’s really good to know that there are companies that still care about their customers. Eric not only responded and evaluated the situation the same day, he also referred me to someone he knew that could do this kind of work. Above that, he even contacted the guy to update him on the situation for me. Eric also asked me to text him back with the results to make sure I was taken care of.
