Westshore Roofing, Inc.

There is no way I could in good conscious recommend this company to do your roof. Not sure if I just got unlucky with the “Bad” crew, but their quality on a update silicon roof was the worse than if I just hired some people off the street.

A couple of disclosures, 1. I have contacted the company multiple times and they show zero interest on coming back out and even viewing the issues. They sent one dude to inspect it, kinda hoped he addressed the issues, but clearly did not.

They are much more concerned with just getting me in an E mail frenzy until I just move on and fix the issues myself. 2. I have a 65,000 square foot facility with a flat roof.
Issues:
1. Still has leaks, although for fewer than before, so that is the one positive.
2. When they moved HVAC drains and electrical they did so in a way that they no longer work, and when we move them back they are glued to the roof and to fix it means I tare the roof back up.
3. They disconnected security lights and HVAC and said nothing when they yanked electrical. This has gotten so bad that I lost power to 1/2 the building due to electrical arcing. Literally and entire run of 220 was dislodged and left openly arc. Figured this out when we lost power to 1/2 or building. I’m on my forth HVAC repair to deal with their aftermath.
4. There are bucket marks throughout the roof, buckets and garbage left behind still, huge areas of just massive waves of dripping roof material they never bothered to roll out. Its already showing signs of falling off the vertical areas.
5. Modello bottles and other garbage left on the roof.
6 Roof Drains left plugged. I get why the plugged them, to paint the roof on, and not clog the drains, however found an ocean up there after a big rain and was like what the hell. Could remove the m when you are done.

Its like they got called to do another job and the foreman was like, “Yep, we are done, nothing to look at here”

Its obvious they did no Q checks when complete.

Also, their communication sucks, they will not tell you how its going when they are wrapping up, and when they are done. Very little notice on when they were going to start.
I have given them multiple opportunities to make this right, or just come out and take a look at their fine work, and they do not.

Maybe they are better at small jobs. Please steer clear of this company. This was a $250,000 job and we are treated like dirt.

Again, I have tried to reach out, and no one has come by to even look at their fine work.

Hell ya! Highly recommend this company. Anytime one has to make a decision about such a large investment, there is a lot to stress about regarding money, materials, the process, logistics etc. Not with Westshore. They are not only very knowledgeable, but the level of professionalism and pride is something that you will not get with all companies.
And they make the process very easy by taking the time to show options and walking you through the steps. I actually felt way more at ease, and learned quite a bit by working with Daniel and talking with the installers. No high pressure sales people pitches either. Their reputation is all they need.

They were on time and very prompt, arriving by 7am… from the first consultation until the very last day.
Honestly, they made the process super easy. The roof looks better than I could have imagined. They were also very competitive when it came to pricing, but the biggest thing of all is that they do not cut corners. The workmanship is incredible. I appreciate that they use high quality materials and have lots of samples to choose from.
Without a doubt I would recommend them. They also took care around the property, cleaning up after each day.
They even blew the dust out my garage!
The roofers were solid guys who took care of my house when I was at work.
If ya need a good roof and want something that will look good and last many, many years, go with Westshore!
