Joel is very professional and throughly articulated the nature of the carpet cleaning process. He was on time and accommodating to our requests for pet treatment. He is a kind individual and we felt very comfortable with him being in our home. We found our professional carpet cleaner and will be using his services for the foreseeable future.
Super professional with very reasonably charged rates compared to other cleaners i priced out. Was very happy with the job he did. Text me before he arrived as promised and finished the job quickly. I had an amazing experience with Wharton Carpet Cleaning, They did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets . removing the stains also cleaning the car seats in my vehicle, also my Sectional and ottoman ,also my reclining chair and my dining room chairs. I thought the stain was impossible ,to get out. Joel was very professional, punctual, and very thorough my carpet look and smell brand new ! Their . Pricing was fair and service was top notch. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of carpet cleaning will definitely be using this company again.!
Joel provided exceptional work and customer service. My carpets look brand new for an affordable price! He offered a couple different services and didn’t push me in to purchasing a service i didn’t need. 10/10 will use again.
My experience with Joel was a positive one. We have a toddler, two dogs, and white carpets so you can imagine the struggle. We got our carpets cleaned about a year ago by someone else because we had some pet and food stains we couldn’t get up. They said the stains couldn’t come up and we would have to replace the carpet. They also left a crunchy residue on the carpet. We lived for about a year with stained carpets that we thought couldn’t be cleaned. Enter Joel. He was direct in his communication and efficient with scheduling. He had availability and was able to get us on the schedule quickly. He works quickly and ended up doing our cloud couch and two rooms. Stains are gone, no residue on the carpet- they’re soft and white again. It took about 24 hours to fully dry but it was no problem since we only did one floor of the house. We decided to book Joel every 6 months. Highly recommend!
