I can’t believe the cost of roofing today but z roofing was competitive and provided top tier service. They filmed the process and sent me updates and the project was completed quickly. Giovani was my rep and he was great, always available to answer questions, he also recommended a gutter company that was a fraction of the cost of my other estimates.

Z Roofing and Waterproofing in Miami is an exceptional company. I highly recommend their expertise in meeting your commercial needs. We had a business that was in dyer need of a roof repair which included a structural and electrical restore. Their employees are extremely professional, knowledgeable and the work is fine tuned to the customers expectations. Permits, not issue their team keeps you informed.
I would urge anyone with commercial or residential issues with their roofs to call them immediately. Giovanni gets to work right way estimating your needs. OH, did I mention they do their best to beat Hurricane Season.

No company is perfect but in today’s economy we are all searching for quality, great customer service and value. I went with this company because of their google reviews and rating. If the communication was better I would have no choice but to give them 5 stars. But overall I am pleased with my investment. What made up for my overall experience is a manager there named Gus Esposito. He has excellent customer service and really seems to be compassionate for his customers. Plus my roof looks great and the crew did a great job of keeping the area clean and safe throughout the process.
