today was my first experience with Zerorez and I have to say, I’m very impressed. They called me to let me know they had a cancellation and showed up early, which worked out with my schedule. Justin came in. He was very professional, courteous and kind. He got the job done and my carpets look incredible! there’s no question in my mind that I will be calling them the next time I need my carpets cleaned! The cleaning job came out absolutely beautiful! This was our first time using Zerorez. Shane was the young man who came to our home. Our area rugs look like new again! He was very helpful, pleasant, and even dried the VPL flooring before he left. 5 stars! 🌟
Our carpet technician, Alejandro, was awesome! He arrived earlier than we expected (we figured we’d be his last customer) & called before pulling into our area to let us know he was nearby. He was personable, professional & got right to work after looking around our small place to see what needed to be done. He got the stains out for now… Hopefully carpets will stay clean for a good while.
We’ll definitely use Zerorez again! We very much appreciate Alejandro’s positive work ethic & good nature. What a gentleman! He was a pleasure to work with!

Scheduled an appointment for a minor set of stairs to be cleaned. Good reservation process, fair price for the job, and the technician Shane did exceptional work and was extremely professional. The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is because they seem to have an issue with scheduling based on the jobs and distance between locations. Shane ended up being almost an hour late past the 3 hour time window which I expect is because he had to drive to Redwood Shores from San Francisco in afternoon traffic. They did give me a good discount for the error, but I think they need to work on the scheduling. Other than that, the actual service itself I can easily recommend and would use again.
Ryan was amazing! The carpet in our family room, hall & stairway have been revived and look brand new! And that’s saying a lot with 2 dogs and 3 kids! Highly recommend 👌🏽
