Dealing with John to get my original quote and address my concerns was straight forward and simple. Throughout the process, communications with John was easy and responses forthcoming.
For signing of documents, my project was assigned to a salesman/stimator who came to my house to look at existing roof, sign contract and take deposit. Everything went well that day. One week later when I texted to inquire about the deposit check not being deposited yet, he was rude and unprofessional in his response.
My job was assigned to a Production Coordinator, I found that often times multiple follow ups were required to get an answer.
The tear down crew headed by Mario was excellent and removed the old roof and installed the self adhesive “paper” in two days. Care was taken to protect bushes, pool area, AC and other equipment outside. Clean up was done every day before they left.
Two days later, the metal fabricator showed up to form the metal sheets for the roof. They showed up with a machine they knew had a hydraulic oil leak, the first “test” sheet was placed under the machine to “catch” the oil. However, much of it made it unto my driveway.
Four days later the metal roof installation crew showed up, they were very good. Lots of screws and small pieces of metal cuttings came down inside the pool, over AC and other equipment. I informed John and the second day they installed protection over the equipment. This part of the process took 3 days including the final touches and thorough clean up of roof, yard and driveway.
The following day they came by to pick up all the left over roof material that was left on the driveway.
Overall, they did a very good job. I would gladly recommend this company.

Easily the least expensive roofing company out there, but you get what you pay for. The whole process took a lot longer than compared to my neighbors. They will trample all over your plants. They will cut into your stucco and not even tell you until after they’ve already done it and leave trash in your front yard and take days to remove it. Pay a little more to get a better roofing company!
Ace Pro Roofing just finished my 3rd Solar Tube install. One placed in windowless guest bathroom, a windowless laundry room and the master closet suite. They are now beautifully lit and look wonderful. Matt responded quickly to my initial call and provided a written work estimate. We then scheduled the installation. Cesar arrived on time and communicated about each step of the project. We discussed the best placement of the tunnels and whether or not a solar night light was the best option for both bathrooms. After the installation everything was left clean and the end job was amazing. I would highly recommend this crew. The total cost was less than expected – a pleasant surprise! Not including additional 30% tax credit.. I highly recommend Ace Pro Roofing – great staff notably Matt & Cesar, exceptional service and superior product!
The roofing team did a great job and worked with the Solar team to coordinate the re-roof with the new solar panels. We had a few concerns during the project and they were addressed and fully resolved. New roof looks great!

I worked with Tony. He called me back within an hour of leaving him a message. He arrived to my home within a few hours to give me an estimate which he emailed over and I had it the very next morning. Tony Then followed up with me the following week. Highly recommend and would refer him to a friend.
