The technician that worked with us, Garrett, was very considerate and knowledgeable. He worked in a timely fashion and kept me updated through the maintenance in any issues that needed to be resolved. They certainly are very knowledgeable about the work that they do and are honest and trustworthy. A thorough report with PDFs, pictures and even videos were sent at the conclusion of the visit. Would highly recommend this plumbing company
5 Starr plumbing did an excellent job fixing a problem we had in our bathroom. We could not be more pleased with the workmanship and the courtesy displayed by this team. I discovered a small leak in a pipe in our ceiling Sunday evening. Called a couple of plumbers first thing Monday morning and got sent to voicemail and left messages. Two and a half hours later with no response, I called 5 Star. They answered right away and had Garrett out to my house within 3 hours and he fixed the issue quickly for a reasonable fee. Very pleased with their service.
I love these folks. They are knowledgeable and generous with that knowledge. They do great work and I would have them back again for any plumbing and gas work. Special shout out to Bryton, Trevor, and Nathan for all the excellent working getting my fire pit up and running-. Thank you, guys!
