Affordable Carpet Care

My living room is 11 feet by 16f feet. Minus the couch and book shelf area. I called this place because they’re the closest to my apartment. Making an appointment was easy and surprisingly fast. They were able to come out the next morning. I was given a rough quote of 75 for the carpet in that space and 40 for my 5×8 area rug. I’m under the impression this is steam cleaning service. The guy who came was very pushy and wanted to charge me almost 400 for this small space. This was to have a chemical treatment, shampoo deodorizer and then a steam clean. This was not affordable for the amount of work. I paid 135 through zelle to save a card fee. The guy then asks me for hot water. He basically just rinsed my carpet and rug with cold tap water. He said he doesn’t move things and was packing up to leave without even cleaning the entire carpet. I moved the area rug so he could clean underneath it. He reluctantly did it when i mentioned the contract was for the carpet and rug which i paid for. You can’t even tell the difference. My carpets are soggy and the area rug looks the exact same as before. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I should have double checked to see if this was legit steam cleaner. His carpet cleaner looked like the rentals from home depot. I’m disappointed and not satisfied with the service they provided.

I’m not happy with the service at my home. My carpet was not well-cleaned, still wet like soaked after few hours, and have to book a room to spend the night. Thought its affordable but way too expensive. I paid $700.

Brody was outstanding and highly professional. My spouse and I were delighted with the standard of his carpet cleaning project and his skill while servicing our Sacramento home. We would absolutely request Brody’s services again when our carpets need future cleaning.
