The heat treatment is really interesting – you stay out of the house all day, had to find a place for our 3 dogs (not convenient), and they run this heater throughout the house. They lay down trays, and stay with it all day. The heat is what kills the bugs at 122 degrees I read. But they showed me a picture that they go up to 140 so it kills them in the walls and other places. They told me not to throw away my mattress, and sure enough it worked, saved me about $800 right there because no way I was going to sleep on a mattress that had been sprayed. We came back in the evening.Very happy with the service.
