Wonderful Company. Called and they were at my business in a few hours. They did whatever it took to get my Rinaii running again. I will NEVER use another plumbing company unless I have to!!
Excellent service and experience! Thanks for fixing our leak at a great price!
All around great company!
Borengasser is the worse neighborhood company to maintain their property. All companies around Borengasser maintain their lawns very nicely, front, back, side yards. Borengasser lets weeds and grass grow to over 6’+, never picks up trash, and maintains their storage yard in a most abhorrent manner. They r the worst of everyone who lives around here. Time to call the City
We have used this Plumbing company for many years. Until recently, they have been timely and professional. We have a major water leak on our property and the location of the leak is unknown. We were informed a person will come out on “Monday.” They arrived on Friday. We were informed they will call (Monday) a leak detecting provider and arrange for them to come to our property. On Tuesday pm the Plumber (with Borengasser company) called us informing of the price etc of the leak agency service. We agreed. On Wednesday, we still had not been informed of a date the leak agency would arrive. I called (Wednesday around 4pm) the owner of Borengasser Plumbing, Aaron to determine why we can not get a date of service established. Aaron became very agitated and informed me that we need to find another plumber etc. I expressed that we have been waiting 2 days just to find out a date the leak agency will come. I informed Aaron that his service employee did not arrive until Friday—we were informed he was to come that Monday. I asked him what was the leak detection agency’s name/ number and he stated “figure it out yourself.” He stated he doesn’t “need our business”. The lack of communication is what happened here and unprofessional dialogue was felt.
