Tom just left my house and fixed some leaky faucets. He is amazing, knowledgeable, pleasant and takes the time to explain things, which is very uncommon these days. It was a great experience, he did a great job, exceeded my expectations and I wanted to let everyone know, Bryant Group in Dagsboro is highly recommended.
Excellent, professional service. Tom Sylvester gave us high confidence in his work to repair a dripping faucet. It was last year that we originally met him through Bryant Group. He found a water leak that cost us over $500/ 1 month of wasted water. The issue was found to be due to the landscape installer’s unsecured fastener for the sprinkler system exterior supply line. Tom traced our issue from puddles in our basement to the source outside.

I had consistent problems with flushing 2 of my toilets in my home. I have previously hired 2 different companies at over $400 each within a span of maybe 6 months to look at my toilets still with no resolve. The last company that I hired told me that I needed 2 new toilets because I didn’t have enough pressure to flush everything down. Tom Sylvester from the Bryant group came an assessed my 2 toilets and found that I had objects that were flushed down by my 4-year-old grandson. He was so polite and personable And found the problem quickly and resolved it. The relief of being able depend on someone is more than I could imagine. Tom Sylvester has made this frustrating issue I had where now I feel as though now I have a forever plumbing company to take care of my needs in my home. This was beyond amazing service.
