The worker had trouble finding my house. He made a bit of a mess in my shower that I had to clean up. I let those items slide because I needed the repair. Following up after the job, I have been unable to reach them to obtain a receipt for the work done and the $425.00 charge to replace a drain fixture. I guess I won’t be able to use them in the future.

Recently I was in need of a plumber. Cameron plumbing was recommended by a friend. I called on a Friday morning and was surprised that an actual person answered the phone. I explained the issue of leaky shower faucets and the water tank cycling every few seconds. Daryl listened and expresses her concern for the well. She suggested an evaluation be done. Derrick arrived on Monday morning and spent time evaluating and explaining what would be needed. By Monday evening he sent a very detailed estimate. We accepted the estimate and an appointment was made for the following Tuesday. Chris, Ryan and Derrick arrived promptly on Tuesday morning. They were courteous , professional and knowledgeable. The job was completed and Chris walked me through what was done. I am very impressed with the company and the crew and how promptly my issue was resolved. I highly recommend Cameron Plumbing.

More recently I reached out to them for required drain cleaning. Cameron recommended another company, who specializes in this work. They exceeded my expectations by coordinating the handoff; conveying the issue, and providing my contact information to the other company, who followed up immediately to schedule the service and resolve the issue. Cameron provided outstanding customer service that went above and beyond!
