Canyon Plumbing quickly and successfully repaired my boiler and water heater after one company installed the wrong part and another company recommended a new HVAC system the price of a car. Eric Martinez at Canyon was knowledgeable, efficient and effective. He provided options and explained the problems without doing a sales job. The office staff were and timely and courteous as new parts were sourced on the same day. Very satisfied and relieved.

I am very impressed with my first experience with Canyon Plumbing & Heating. Dan was great to talk to and Andrew (the plumber) did a great job of describing his work plan and talking through the questions I had. They were clear in their quote to replace my water heater and got the job done fast and efficiently. Great work!
We had an amazing experience with Canyon Plumbing and Heating! Our hot water heater broke, and after struggling to find a company that would service our area, Amber went above and beyond—calling us back after hours to arrange for Andrew to come first thing the next morning. Their customer service was truly exceptional.
Andrew’s pre-visit communication was professional and efficient, he arrived early and was incredibly knowledgeable about the unique challenges of mountain living and hard water conditions. Rather than simply replace the hot water heater, he walked us through the root cause of our problem: untreated hard water, which was not only affecting our appliances but also our overall water quality and health.
Andrew explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, providing insight into how hard water buildup was shortening the lifespan of our appliances and impacting water efficiency. Instead of just offering a quick fix, he recommended a long-term solution—a water filtration system that would help prevent future issues, improve water quality and ultimately save us money in the long run. His level of care, expertise and willingness to educate us truly stood out.

On time and thorough analysis of a boiler.
Update on 3/11/25: This was a 5 star review but it was changed to 2 stars once I started dealing with Canyon Plumbing’s back office. Unfortunately, the on-site service was where the fast and efficient processes with Canyon Plumbing ended. It took them 4 days to send out an invoice and they won’t send an estimate for work until after the invoice is paid. Apparently, they won’t even fix the leak they created until they send out the estimates. It’s too bad that such good field service is compromised by poor back-office processes.
