Had Canyon State out for maintenance check up. We needed a 2 new parts. One could wait but we went ahead and got both. Louis was very nice and showed us how do a few things on our own like hose the vents on outside and filter inside furnace unit. Since this will be our first summer here full time we wanted to be sure we wouldn’t be sweating it out!
The maintenance fee fee seemed a little high $238 but we have 2 units. All in all good service and Louis was great
Pablo Reyes has been serving our A/C and Heat units for seven plus years. Always does a excellent job and is very professional.
Very disappointed. I would not even rate them one star. They came out and immediately looked at the heating problem we were having. And pushed the new unit on us or a part that was going to cost us about $4.800. Suggesting our unit was 13 years old. Didn’t mention anything about a leak, just that we basically needed to decide what to do.
We went back and forth due to our financial status at the current time. And chose to go with the part.
As soon as we made that decision, no call backs. My husband left messages with Mark. I spoke with Becky, and she gave me the run around about reading his notes. And would have him call us.
Mean time system was getting worse.
We called Mi Amigos, talk about class act! Armando, the owner, came out right away and addressed our issues. Guess what, no need of a new unit, no part needed. Wow!!
He found issues that have been neglected from other bigger companies and addressed those
as well. He also maintenance everything for the upcoming summer heat.
It’s absolutely frustrating. It’s so hard to find honest help these days. These companies don’t care about you they want your money!
Pablo has been servicing my a/c for several years. He’s proven to be reliable and honest. Highly recommend!
Had our AC units checked out by Ammin yesterday. We wanted to go with a local business versus the big brand guys. So glad we did! Ammin was friendly and professional. He made recommendations, but didn’t go into a pushy sales pitch! I would highly recommend using Canyon State Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing for all your check up and repair needs!
