The entire Cass Plumbing team was very professional and great to work with! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with the installation of our new water softener system and a holiday mishap (toy in toilet- which led to replacing the toilet). Our technician was straightforward and very informative. He helped us determine the best way to move forward for our needs. We appreciated the honesty and integrity from Cass. We use them for our home AND business & Recommend 100%!! And a special thank you to Cass for supporting our Veterans every day!
I had them re-pipe our house about a year ago and the team did an awesome job. Finished it one day to get our water restored. A year later thought something might be wrong with the city side with low water pressure. City said everything was good on their end. I called Cass and explained that I was sure it was a city problem. They sent someone out at no charge and found it to debris in the lines probably from the work being done in the area. Turns out it was a simple fix and they are great and trusted.
Richard (Rich) from Cass Plumbing did a phenomenal job installing a new water softener and tankless water heater. Rich made sure everything was working appropriately and the final product was better than I could have asked for. If I ever have plumbing issues in the future, Cass plumbing will be my first choice. Thank you again A+
Not so great of a company poor management team. Nobody really knows what is going on. There’s no run down on rules procedures or anything. They don’t even keep shirt sizes for all size people… it’s just poorly ran. I was a helper there for 3 weeks I was excited to learn more about my trade and last week randomly laid off because there “budget is tight”… they gave me and additional, days off saying they were busy instead of saying we may let you go. Just poor communication. Nobody cares there to even help you or know your skill sets to pair people with the right team members so you can learn effectively. Just overall don’t care about staff period! I would highly recommend if you’re trying to get your feet wet with real plumbers and a real team. PLEASE do NOT apply here!
