He was always available for questions and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions.My job Forman Mario was proactive and kept me up to date with each step of the roofing job and let me know what to expect. Thank you Mario. There were others I interacted with, but I forgot their names. (please forgive me). Every person that I had interactions with was friendly kind and ensured I was happy with their service. I’m sure anyone could’ve done the job, but City Roofing gave me high quality customer service. It was so refreshing and well received. City Roofing is honest professional and made me feel like my business is appreciated. We had our roof and flat roof replaced by City Roofing starting late Dec 2024. Throughout the entire process, the city roofing team kept me updated on the progress of the installation. We had some specific requirements for our roof (additional braces) that they were able to handle. After completion, our city inspectors needed some additional details and Mario stepped in personally to handle the questions and even arrived at our house in person (Driving 2+ hours). Both Mario and Candy personally attended to the installation during the final phase. We are happy with our new roof!
