I think most would agree any unexpected call to a plumber is never a great moment, as it usually means something is not working, broken, leaking, or flooded. As was my case, my wife and I were very thankful to be home and to have noticed when our hot water tank began leaking in the garage, enough to form a steady flow of water out to the street. I called several plumbing companies until I found one that could fit us into their schedule that morning. Rachel at Desert Water Plumbing very kindly answered our call and immediately understood the urgency to our situation and very thankfully was able to get us on the schedule that morning. Better yet, the original service window we were told was unexpectedly moved even sooner. Our service technician, Brad, arrived quickly and in short time diagnosed our leaking hot water tank as in need of replacement. With options on the table, such as potential to upgrade, Brad was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable in walking me through this possibility. Brad thoroughly answered my thousand questions and if he didn’t know a particular bit of info off the top of his head he kindly helped guide and share resources to best inform my decision. Ultimately, I was very comfortable and understood the work enough to go ahead with upgrading to a Navien tankless water heater system for our family all in the same day. Brad and his apprentice, who’s name I unfortunately don’t recall, were both very kind, polite, and informative throughout the entire day, also a very clean-looking installation! In my experience, this company very obviously understands customer service and cares about its customers. Our unexpected upgrade was not exactly a cheap one, but based on our experience I certainly appreciate knowing DWP stands behind their work plus the kind of people they employ and care they provide. I’ll add that the under-sink hot water recirculating valve used in our initial installation was sporadically making loud “yelping” noises for a week after, waking our kids at night. I got back in touch with Rachel and no problem at all she had Brad come back to swap out the defective valve (no more yelping noises!) and with no service charge. Overall, a truly pleasant experience during a not so fun thing on a random Wednesday. Thank you guys again! All of our future plumbing needs will definitely be with Desert Water Plumbing.

He went well above and beyond to get my water heater replaced. My tech Dillion, as I understand, is relatively new to the team. Had I not been told, I wouldn’t have even known. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He had the old one out and new one in, in about an hour and a half. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from the whole team at Desert Water Plumbing and Rooter. I would definitely recommend them to any and everyone.
