I called Drain Doctors to fix a sewer backup problem in my basement. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and very reasonably priced. I had originally called out another company (rhymes with Brion) who not only charged me 3 times the amount, they failed to solve the problem! Drain Doctors is highly recommended!!
Would give them 6 stars if possible. Called and told them our situation, they said they’d get back to me shortly, instead they showed up and got our very challenging situation fixed. This was at 4:45 pm and Christian was persistent and determined to get it done. Thank you! We are grateful!

Christian came to my apartment because there was water coming out of the bottom of the toilet. I live in a six-plex and he thoroughly checked the building. He discovered the issue in the room that holds the water heater. He alerted the property manager to get a plumber here ASAP. He snaked my toilet, and cleaned up the bathroom floor afterwards.
