Richard was amazing, kind, courteous, and prompt. Our water heater went out and he was able to replace it promptly. He cleaned the area and hauled off our old water heater. He’s knowledgeable, thoughtful, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him! It’s nice to have someone we can count on for our plumbing needs who is dependable.
I called Richard because of a major plumbing problem because he was so helpful the 1st time I needed him. It’s the holiday season, it’s a Friday afternoon. I have a flooded bathroom and water all over my garage floor. Richard came over after finishing the job he was working on and was able to clear the blockage and get everything working perfectly in a very short period of time. In addition, he gave a 30 day warranty on the work. I will always call him when I need plumbing help – no question he’s the best!
