Drainworks did a great job installing a drywell on my property. . Mike quickly identified the best location restricted by the massive rocks and ledge and also town regs. Lawn was graded and seeded all in one day!

Thank you to Eric P. and Jeremy for the fantastic work installing our new dishwasher, new garbage disposal and new kitchen faucet. They were both very professional, timely and worked wonderfully as a team. Eric P. explained, in detail, the cost of the services, for us to agree on and/or question before they began. We felt very confident in hiring Drainworks Plumbing & Septic as we had previously hired them, for the first time, in December 2023 to troubleshoot and diagnose what caused our basement to leak. Jeremy and the team diagnosed the issue surprisingly quickly and came up with a viable and budget friendly solution. We purchased our home just two months prior, so this was a highly stressful situation that the Drainworks Team made much less stressful. Since they repaired our issue, our basement hasn’t leaked in over a year. We are retired military and very much appreciate that Drainworks honors Veterans. Business’ that honor Veterans can be far and few in between the further you reside from a military town. So, although we never assume anything to be extended, it’s a wonderful surprise! Also, as a woman, I felt very safe and at ease with the technicians who have come into our home. They are very respectful, kind and non-pushy with additional services. They always clean up and wear booties to help maintain the integrity of our space, as well as calling when they are in route. We appreciate that the company sends detailed emails and texts with your invoices, including pictures prior to the work being done, the process of the work and the completion. It is essential to have a history of all the work being done on your home/property for any future work or sale. We DO realize that plumbers are expensive, as they have worked multiple years on their training and expertise. However, we would personally rather invest in quality, experienced work that has the backing of an ethical company versus expensive, non-quality or “cheap” work. Additionally, in reading other reviews about Drainworks, we respect how the owners respond to ALL reviews. It demonstrates a level of professionalism that is lacking in most current industries when they respond to their reviews. We have no doubt, should we have any follow-up issues or concerns with their work, they would be more than grateful to rectify to our satisfaction. We are happy and excited about the trust Drainworks has built with us thus far with the results achieved and sustained in our home and hope to continue with them as our go-to plumbing experts. Therefore, we highly recommend hiring Drainworks and giving them the same first-time opportunity/chance that we extended them.
