Pricey but worth the piece of mind. Make sure you check the scope of work carefully and do your homework regarding PRV requirements if you are bypassing insurance. They use a lot if equipment and are very careful with containment during the initial setup and work. Had some workmanship issues from the first day resolved to my satisfaction on the second day. Felt like they are more interested and set up for larger remediation projects, not the smaller jobs like mine. Overall I got what I needed.
Had water damage in my home late sunday. Alex a technician for the company got to me in an hour…on a sunday! Did a thorough evaluation and sent me a detailed write up next day. Justin who was working on my case was in contact with me and any time I had questions or issues he was on the phone with me within a few minutes. No guess work, no hassle just great customer service.
