Absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costs. They have multiple crews, and on a big job the crews keep changing, so one crew has no idea what the previous crew was doing. Here are some examples of their work on our house:
    > They installed hydronic heating in the wrong place. Twice. Three times if you include the extra radiator one crew put in and the next crew pulled out because they said it wasn’t needed.
    > They installed register covers upside down (!), so they wouldn’t work.
    > They designed and installed an HVAC system that is unusable and other HVAC companies have said was designed completely wrong.
    > Their duct work was, according to the duct cleaning company that we hired to clean the ducts, the worst installation they had ever seen, with tons of installation errors.
There were even more errors, missteps and screw-ups from this clown show, but you get the idea.
Definitely find a different plumbing and HVAC company.

GT Plumbing is excellent. These guys are very knowledgeable about their field. We hired them to relocate our shower plumbing in addition to fixing a leaking toilet. They are smart, fast and efficient. Thank you GT!

GT responded and fixed our issues promptly, at a reasonable rate. We dealt with a plumber prior to finding GT and it was a nightmare / issue had never been resolved – once we contacted GT they got right to work and were extremely knowledgeable. GT was by far the most professional and reliable. Beyond happy with the services provided by this company!

I’ve never posted a bad review before, but I feel I must for this company. I had a new faucet installed by GT and almost immediately the water pressure was very low. They came back out and checked the aerator, replaced the hot and cold valves and claimed it was the faucet itself not their install or anything they could fix. On their recommendation I purchased another faucet (a different brand, type) and the same problem occurred when it was installed. I watched a youtube video about flushing the supply lines as a remedy to low water pressure, and that did the trick. No plumber needed-we did it ourselves. The owner of this company refused to acknowledge that they did not flush the supply lines, although I watched the technician the entire time and I know he did not. I am sorry to say that I cannot recommend them.

I was referred to them from American Home Shield for blocked kitchen sink drain. While making the appointment, I gave clear information on the problem and what another plumber had already done and failed. First of all, I got the appointment after 10 days. This got cancelled due to snow. So they gave me next appointment in 5 days on a Saturday. The plumber came on Saturday and was totally unaware of the information I had provided initially. When I explained him what had been done already, he said he can’t fix it today as he was not given information on the problem and is not prepared for it. When I checked his work order, the information was clearly written over there. He probably never looked at the work order.
When he saw it, he started giving excuses that the work would need authorization from insurance so it would take some time before it could be done.
He left without giving any clear information on when and how they will fix it.
I’ve had bad experiences with services before but this one is the worst so far.
This is totally unacceptable and if I had choice, I would never use them again. But unfortunately they are the only service provider for my insurance in this area, so I am stuck.
I am waiting to see what do they offer me next…
