From the moment you call to the moment the technician leaves your home after a completed job, you are given exceptional service, with constant and clear communication. Marco was thorough in his repair job and explaining everything. Most technicians choose to give me the most basic of explanations until they realize that my questions indicate I have a better understanding of the situation. Not Marco, from the start he explained thoroughly, pausing a beat at jargon which would have given me a chance to ask him to clarify. Thank you Hi-Tech and Marco, I cannot appreciate you enough.
Will (technician) was very polite, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and quite helpful in explaining problem with air conditioning unit and repair procedure required to change capacitor. He also explained possible repairs that may be required( ie replacement of contacts, and future replacement of entire unit since refrigerant cannot be replaced due to federal mandates. I would definitly recommend him for any future repairs.
Have dealt with the Hi-Tech crews for multiple things from a whole home re-pipe, whole home water filtration system and most recently water jetting my pipes. Doing a large renovation and used these folks for plumbing needs. Joined the ac system maintenance package, got UV lights in hvac and that’s been all smooth sailing. It’s rare to find a well run family owned/operated business these days. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Actually have a neighbor that used them after I shared all my positive experiences. She was very pleased with the work she had done also.
10 stars, really. Dave S came out within a short time at night when my A/C failed. I trust him and all the other technicians I have met over time. Always great communication from everyone including the office. I rely on Hi-Tech for all my Plumbing, Air & Electrical needs and they never disappoint. Living in an older building with older equipment is a challenge to me when things go wrong but everyone at Hi-Tech makes things right in short order and always explain things and I value their opinions highly!
Saved my bacon…again! Team Hi-Tech are the real deal and I have been, am and will be a very happy customer for many moons to come. Yesterday their 911 plumbing tech came and installed a new main water line when I broke it. We’re talking Sunday night! Very professional and timely. I can’t thank the team enough (PS – the 3yr ‘membership’ package was 100% worth it…and will be renewed).
