I thought I was going to have to have the carpets replaced. My dogs had gotten sick and I even went out and bought the nicest carpet cleaners that I could find, needless to say that didn’t even do anything. I called around and really wanted to invest in quality not a DYI machine. Needless to say everything was saved due to these guys. They looked brand new, I was so impressed I had all the tile and grout in my house done to. I couldn’t be happier. You guys saved me from having to do some serious work to my home. Thank you!

Mark did an amazing job cleaning my carpets! He was professional, punctual, and super friendly. The carpets look brand new—he got out stains I didn’t think were possible to remove. I’m beyond happy with the results and will definitely be calling him again.
So happy to have found a reliable carpet cleaner! Not only did the technician show up on time, he exceeded any/all expectations. We had some area rugs that needed attention after being neglected for too long – after a good cleaning, they look brand new! We also had our master bathroom and laundry room tile cleaned. We never knew the grout was white!! Wow! Thank you for the excellent experience.
Used them last year and it cost me about $135 to clean 3 rooms and the stairs…they had a coupon in a magazine/flyer. This year I had a similar coupon when he arrived. Was told there was a new owner and they were not honoring the coupon. The cost went up about 100% and they did one less room. David, the cleaner, is very nice. However, will not use them again because of the cost and not honoring their coupon. BTW, the next week another coupon came out and it was like only $10 more for the job. That is exactly how you lose repeat customers.
UNBELIEVABLE! I have had my tile and carpets cleaned by many companies over the years but NEVER had an experience like this. HONOR CARPET CLEANING IS THE ONLY SERVICE TO USE! I had deep stains and thought my carpet was destroyed but along came David and OH MY GOD! His knowledge was incredible, he knew just how to fix my issues. I also had a few issues he could do nothing about and he was straightforward with me about them which I really did appreciate. I don’t think there is a better technician on the planet! He knew EXACTLY what to do, he was courteous and professional and as it turned out VERY HONEST with the price. YES, the price WAS more than my original quote but David took me through the process of why it was and what it would take to do the job right. I told him yes and it turned out the price he gave me was pennies for the amount of work that he did and the quality of his work. I have heard MANY companies promise this and promise that but HONOR CARPET WAS THE ONLY ONE TO DELIVER ON THOSE PROMISES. I could go on forever. David has a real big heart and understands what it is like for us that are not rich and he will work with you to make sure everything is within your budget and fits your needs.
