I would not reccomend any other company than Joshuas. We have had several wonderful technicians out. James B. came out today and was very friendly and attentive. He listened to all of my concerns, followed all my instructions, and had instructions of his own that were very helpful. You could tell that he wanted to take his time to do all tasks correctly. I appreciate his wonderful bedside manner. When you call customer service, those individuals have the utomost respect for customers. They want to ensure you are happy. Because of this, because we are well protected against pests, and because of the experience with James today. I had such a great experience starting with Ashley getting me to sign up. She was amazing. I was immediately impressed by how personable and professional she was. She knew exactly how to explain everything to make me see that switching to their service was what I needed to do.
When Justin K. came to provide the service he was equally amazing. He had called to let me know exactly when he would be here. He took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I knew exactly what he was doing and answered all my questions. The service was great and it’s clear they take pride in their work!

We had an incredible experience with Joshua’s. Saul worked tirelessly for several hours, ensuring that every part of our home was thoroughly treated. What stood out most was their attention to detail—he listened to all our concerns, provided helpful tips for prevention, and truly went above and beyond to make sure our home was protected.
Not only was he extremely thorough, but he was also incredibly respectful of our pets and young children, taking extra care to use safe and effective treatments. His professionalism, patience, and dedication was truly impressive.
