Jacob was great start to finish. We had a bed bug problem in a rental home.. From my initial call he was very informative, we set a date and time for the inspection. Jacob and his crew are the best in the business. We had a very tricky situation with some wildlife in our attic, in the middle of a cold winter. While others suggesting sealing them off or worse, Jacob had the foresight and patience to do it THE RIGHT WAY. He ensured that our attic was cleared and sealed without running any risk that the animals may die and rot or, worse yet, find their way into our home. If you need the best, call Kanold!
We have had nothing but prompt, courteous service from Konold pest control.
After the initial service we had a few more mice sightings after cold weather and Jacob came out the next day and reset the bait stations.
