We couldn’t be happier to have used Kwik Plumbing to line our cast iron pipes. They are the most professional, courteous, and punctual company we have ever dealt with. If they are unable to answer your call, they will call you back as soon as possible, usually within the hour. Dan, Rachel, and Steve, as well as the crew whose names I don’t know and would mention if I did, really care about their customers. I would highly recommend them and would give them more than five stars if possible.
Very happy with the job done by Kwik Plumbers, they stayed within the estimate, they were on time every day, they were neat and kept the house and yard clean throughout the process. Steve the lead on the job was very professional and knew what he was doing. After seeing the one piece that had to be removed, I had no choice. This had to be done, and it looks like I had no time to spare. Thank You Kwik Plumbers.
Fantastic experience. Wish I had taken my Professional Engineering friend’s advice 7 yrs ago when he said all cast iron pipes have a lifetime of 60 yrs. Dan and his team are first rate. They are Courteous, Skilled and Expedient. No One, wants to do this but it is the best value option there is. Steve and Ryan are tremendous and customer first people. Patient and polite, plus generous with their knowledge of the sophisticated equipment they use and very efficient. They completed a very complex and technical task 1 day ahead of schedule.. They work late to help their clients. I am so glad I listened to Dan after his diagnostic inspection and had Kwik Plumbers pipeline my house. The BIGGEST worry is off my mind.

Finding a company to do pipe-relining was not an easy task and even plumbing companies I usually use wouldn’t give a recommendation due to them not wanting to be responsible for a job gone wrong by another company. There are only 2-3 companies around my area that are not only capable of this daunting task, but specialize in it and do this every day. After getting an estimate from another company and not feeling comfortable, I called Kwik Plumbers and they responded immediately. The owner’s office staff explained the process to me from start to finish and couldn’t have been nicer. They came out, took video of my pipes for a small fee, so I could see for myself where the problems were occurring, and left it up to me to decide if I wanted to fix it now or later. No pressure at all. The price was in-line with what I expected as well. Dan’s staff took care of the permitting process and on the day of the project they were on time and ready to work. It took a few days to complete the job, but in my case I was able to use my plumbing during the evening hours, so I didn’t have to leave my home. Dan’s workers were friendly and knowledgeable and were careful to keep my home as clean as possible while they removed plumbing fixtures where needed. Everything was put back correctly and you would never know they were here. It was nice to see videos of the re-lined pipes afterward too. What amazed me most was how carefully they dug the access hole in my front yard to get to the main lines and re-fillled it so my lawn will not be a disaster afterward. All-in-all I could not be happier and I highly recommend this company for pipe re-lining. It’s an expensive repair but not so bad when you are sure it will be done right….with a guarantee.
I was blessed to be referred to Dan and Rachel at KWIK Plumbers in my time of need . From Rachel keeping me calm from the office to Dan, Steve, and Ryan being so knowledgeable, always on schedule and always leaving the work site clean. I always felt I was in the best of hands .
