Craig Gonzales and the crew from Los Gatos Roofing did a great job. Craig met with me in person and communicated all aspects of the project clearly. My requested start date was met and the project was completed on time. The crew worked efficiently and pointed out a small section of dry-rot hidden behind my old gutter and were able to replace the rotted wood and maintain their schedule.

Los Gatos Roofing installed an awesome roof for us. About 8-10 months later unfortunately we discovered a rare manufacturer defect to the asphalt shingles. We were beyond grateful we went with Brandon B and Los Gatos Roofing instead of some of the cheaper bids we received (part of LGR’s service was making sure we had a proper warranty in place). Brandon B and his team at LGR took the full burden of working with the manufacturer to replace our entire roof (again) with new asphalt shingles and they even upgraded a few components. I won’t consider using another roofing company. This group has a ‘the best or nothing’ mentality. Brandon B was our one and only point of contact throughout the entire process, he covered our old (original) roof which had leaks while we were in queue, made sure we had beautiful gutters along with our roof and made sure all of our flashings and skylights were secured to perfection. We might even invite the neighbors up there for a roof-warming party.
This is the third roofing project Los Gatos Roofing has done for us. In all cases they were cost competitive, the work was well done, they were easy to deal with and they cleaned up the site very well. I will use them on future projects and highly recommend them. We worked with Jon Fletcher who was easy to work with.
Dave and Salvador (and crew) were awesome to work with for the replacement for all of my gutters and gutter screens at my home in W. San Jose.
Very professional, courteous and they get right to it in getting the job done.
My roof will need to be replaced in 3-5 years and I would not have any other company do it other than Los Gatos Roofing.
