Appointment time was seven. They came at 9:30 left at 12..Had some plumbing work done new toilet bowl install elbow for bathtub replacement install worker was professional and great new toilet had chip. Torkko took $27 off of the price of the toilet and worker took $50 off the labor which brought a bill to a reasonable amount they worked with us. The guy who took the old toilet dropped it and shattered it all over drive way picked up big pieces and did not sweep called the main number and said what happen they sent a lady out to clean it up asap. The worker who droped the toilet was not the worker who did the work on the job who was great.They did a great job. We would call them again.

I’m so disappointed and angry with the service or lack there of. My AC unit was never registered, which is the installer’s responsibility, so it is no longer under warranty and my unit is less than 7 years old. I have been having problems with my unit since it was installed which I learned was done incorrectly. Every time I called for service I had to wait weeks and then was told I needed a new thermostat meanwhile I had a leak in the coil which was never diagnosed. I have to get an entire new condenser now and pay for it due to their incompetence! Will never recommend or use again. So unprofessional.
Company completed a job installing 3 Moen bathroom faucets and 2 toilet floats and pipes. The job was not done correctly. I emailed and called the company to have someone come out and fix the problems. It took over a month for them the send a technician out to fix the problems. The original cost of the job was around $500.00 dollars. I received a call one day out of the blue and asked if they could come to our house and fix the problem in 15 minutes. They said they had no other time to do it. They sent a technician and he did an even worse job as if it was done on purpose. Very unprofessional company. I do not recommend using them for any bathroom installs. They did a fantastic job with our water heat and fixed it properly in a pinch during another service request. Highly disapointed in this company.
Horrible customer relations. We just moved into Heritage Village and are in need of a new Air Conditioning Unit and Heat Pump. We called a week ago and scheduled our appointment for today. I called yesterday and confirmed with an office person that we were still on–yes, still on for 1:00 pm today. Today, 1 pm came and went. We called and the office person informed me they rescheduled me for another week from now and claimed my phone was not working when they called. My phone was working fine yesterday, and there is no record of them calling in my missed calls or messages. She continued to make one excuse after another, always making it sound like my fault. On the positive side, I am glad this happened before we decided to do business with them.
