amazing service! I called and got a quote from Jay and he gave me a great price and was very nice to speak to. Jay and one of his staff came and they arrived early and were in no rush which was so nice. They were both so kind! I got 2 carpeted bedrooms and my stairs cleaned and they were so fast! It took about 30-40 minutes and my carpets were smelling so fresh and looking great! such a great experience, I highly recommend!!! thank you!!! 🙂
Absolutely wonderful service. I called on a Friday afternoon when my original cleaners canceled at the last second and they did an amazing job. Rick went out of his way on a Friday at the end of his work day to make sure we were taken care of. They charged us less than the other company and the carpets look incredible. I cannot recommend them enough!!
Jay, is a family friend for many years. I’ve seen his work, but never had to use his services for water extraction. Jay responded immediately and helped me avoid a total catastrophe. I’ve been recommending Main Cleaning Solutions. BUT now I have received that top notch customer service myself. I’m usually the kind of guy that only makes effort to leave reviews when it’s a bad experience. So this is special. We had a huge living room area rug that got absolutely disgusting from foot traffic and non-house trained dogs. We were going to take it to the dump. Figured we’d give Jay a shot. We did not have high hopes. He picked it up and personally toiled on that rug at his warehouse. If it was a 30% improvement we’d be thrilled. It looks almost brand new. No idea what his techniques are but this man is legit. Great, personable communication and super reasonable prices. He gets our highest endorsement.
If you need the best in class call Main Cleaning Solutions! As good as it gets! I tried to clean it myself and did not clean or dry it properly. Leave this work to the pros….and Jay is a PRO! I thought my rug needed to go in the trash and now it looks brand new. Amazing….can I give 6 stars ?
