I was in need of replacement of a tankless hot water heater. I received three quotes in total – two from two other reputable plumbing companies – and Moretto Plumbing was not only the most professional and knowledgeable, but also had the most competitive price. Paul came out to give me the quote and began early on installation day. Jack (the owner) came out later as well. Both were very competent, professional, and did a great job on the installation. Moretto Plumbing will be the only company I will call in the future should I need any plumbing work done, as they already demonstrated they possess the single most important attribute for any professional – integrity. Thanks guys on a great job!
Had a water line bust. Called on the weekend in the snow and cold. Jack came straight over and got to work fixing pipes. It was no time he had the water back on and running. Very reasonable prices for being a weekend call out. Anyone needing plumbing done, give Meretto Plumbing and Design a call. Thanks again Jack and Paul.
Called for no hot water in water heater in the morning. Replaced the heating elements by mid day. He also serviced the heater.
That night (8pm) low water pressure resulted in the kitchen faucet. I contacted him and he walked me through trouble shooting the cause(calcium dislodged to aerator). He walked me through the fix.

I moved into an older home in downtown Rogers. About a month later, we realized that our sewer line needed to be replaced. Jack and crew did an excellent, professional job while not overcharging for this large project. I’ve since called him on other plumbing related issues and he has done great work. I would recommend Morretto to anyone in NWA with plumbing projects large or small. They can be trusted to do a great job and charge a fair price.
I have used Moretto Plumbing a number of times both on my home and rental home. Jack is very responsive, knowledgeable, courteous and most of all fair and honest in his work. I would recommend him 10 out of 10!
