10 stars for Huba with Mountain Pest! He went out of his way to get to New Castle immediately to fix a cockroach issue in one of our units, even though his schedule was booked for the day. He was kind, professional, and super communicative about this issue.
Your drivers have no respect on the road, at least in Grand Junction. When you’re in the inner lane and you’re turning then you should turn into the inner lane, not the outer lane, not only that but they shouldn’t be on your butt. Then mock me with your hands acting like a mouth when I get upset. Not good for business. Too many people have the lack of respect on the road these days, but for it to be a business is even worse.
I called 3 times over the last 2 weeks. Everytime I called the receptionist told me she would have someone call me back. I never received a call back. I even told her I was seeing black widows in my house with kids and dogs around. If they were too busy to service my house they should have just told me.
I continuly use Mountain Pest to perform Pest Control Work on many of the properties that I manage. Their service , communication skills , understanding of the job needed has been exceptional each and every time they visit my homes. I continue to use and recommend their services to my friends and clients.
Benny was very professional, he explained everything and made me feel comfortable with the process. I would recommend them to anyone.
