Everything was very well staged and flawlessly executed. Every single individual involved from JP Chadwick to the installer was a true professional. Even the dumpster driver was super courteous. He made sure he was on-time and that I didn’t need to move anything out of the garage before placing dumpster in driveway. Great communication and follow-up throughout the process between Neil’s representative Ryan and foreman on the job, Alex. The installers were super skilled and great with clean up at the end of the day. There were no nails on the driveway or in the grass and any trash or debris was picked up. Finally, the roof looks amazing, much better than what I had imagined! Wow! This is not my first roofing rodeo but it is my first metal roof and I could not be happier! Had some heavy rains since then and no issues. Thank you Neal Roofing Team!

Very satisfied with their service and work! They completed the work for my mom’s house in a timely manner. I was concerned about nails due to her dog and not being able to pick the dog up anymore. But the mess was cleaned up everyday and no issues their. We had a few quotes they were all competitively priced. They promised white glove service and that’s what they delivered! Thanks again!
