PDS had just completed a $22,000 plumbing rehab and sold us a service contract. They were over 4 hours on the first appointment and we needed to reschedule. The next on they managed to make it on time. This was for an AC service and tune up for the summer. They advised that we clean the coils and quoted $228. This would have been a 15 minute job with a $12 bottle cleaner. On top of that, they were already here. We wanted a service contract, not a scalp and screw contract. I immediately called to cancel the contract, we would not be using them again. I also asked if there was a partial refund given that there were two visits allowed. I was told that someone would get back. Never happened. On my 3rd call I ended up talking to someone who claimed to be one of the owners (forgot his name). His story was that his men had made a mistake, that it should have been an add on service for $65. Seems that mistake was perpetuated twice when I received 2 separate quotes for the $228. He went on to talk about the honesty and integrity of his employees and that he would get back to me in-regards to my refund request. That was last week. I haven’t heard from him yet. So much for honesty and integrity. The job was done by a competitor for $45.
Luis , Pedro, and Jose came out to my home to fix a backed up sewer… all were quite knowledgeable and answered any and every question… work was done efficiently…and priced reasonably… most importantly they had an impeccable professional manner and were quite personable… and I’m confident the work was done “right”
My first hand experience with PDS plumbing is there absolutely great to work with. The prices are extremely good and the installers are extremely knowledgeable as well. I give this company definitely definitely a two thumbs up. They were fast and quality of work was fantastic.
After being without water for almost a month, we were incredibly relieved and impressed by the plumbing work completed in just two days. The team was professional, friendly, well mannered and respectful of our home. They worked efficiently, arrived on time and left everything clean and tidy. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Another great service call with PDS plumbing. Water Heater hasnt been serviced for a looong time! Art and Tommy were prompt, polite, and completed the job expertly from start to finish. They explained each step and why it was being done Additionally, a cartridge was replaced in one of the showers fixing a lukewarm shower problem. I am grateful for their work today.
