Red Rock Roofing did a phenomenal job! I called them on a Saturday and they were out there the next day (Sunday) which I found incredible. They did a thorough inspection of my recent hail damage and were very happy to be there when the insurance inspector came out. After walking through the process, helping with my insurance company and and a quick installation I now have a beautiful obsidian hail impact resistant guaranteed roof with all of the code updates! When a home inspection revealed that we had significant hail damage to our roof and several other structures, we chose Red Rock Roofing to replace and repair the damage. We were under a tight time frame, and were impressed by our Senior Project Manager, Austin, who has excellent communication skills, quick response time, detailed knowledge of working with the insurance process, and a strong effort to provide us with the highest quality product possible. The project was completed in record time, including updates along the way, complete with pictures as the project progressed. We also appreciated a clean worksite when the project was finished. Overall, we are very impressed with the service we received from Red Rock Roofing and would highly recommend them. Thanks to Austin and team, we now have a roof that is far superior to what we had in the past!
I can’t say enough positive things about Andy Taylor and Red Rock Roofing! We just moved into our new house and could tell that we needed some insulation in both attics. I contacted Andy and he came over same day to look at what we had. In just a few days someone was here adding insulation! He was amazing at following up and making sure everything was done properly! I couldn’t be happier! After 6 inspections with different companies/Insurance and multiple people all with different reports and pricing was very stressful.
Then I was referred to Andy with Red Rock Roofing and the stress melted away. I knew my roof was old, but he went into detail, reassured the roof would get done before the deadline , even with the construction surrounding the home. He communicated with me the whole time and with pictures of the roof while it was being torn off and after to reinsure me while I was out of town.
The roofing crew was professional, did quality work, with a detailed job in 2 days. They even found some sentimental belongings that were returned to my family.
They are just really honest people with clean cut work and I am very happy with the outcome. Thank you!
Red Rock roofing has helped us out twice now and there isn’t enough good things I can say about them. They are the most honest and good to earth people I have meet. Jordan and Jim responded super quickly to our issues and fixed them in no time. Red rock will not nickel and dime you and from our experience just want to make sure the customer is happy.
