Jonathan Brouillard from Rick’s Plumbing was excellent. He was kind, professional, and explained everything in simple, clear terms. He fixed multiple issues in one visit and did the job right the first time. He was courteous and respectful—my wife felt totally safe while he worked, and you can tell he takes real pride in his work.
Also, I had to reschedule several times, and their receptionist Megan was incredibly helpful. The whole process was smooth and professional—confirmations by text and phone made everything easy. Great communication, great service, and great people. Highly recommend.
Jonathan Brouillard from Ricks plumbing replaced my toilet in my downstairs bathroom. Jonathan was there when he said he was going to be for my appointment. Jonathan was very professional and respectful of my property. Jonathan went as far as to show me what the issue was for my toilet not working properly in the first place. Thank you for all your work.
My wife and I just moved in to our new home not too long ago. We had a few things that needed to be addressed and fixed before we were all settled in. We called Rick’s Plumbing and requested Johnathan B (he has done amazing work in the past at our previous home) and they came out a day later! These weren’t emergency fixes but they put us high on their priority list. Johnathan was so easy to talk to and was so kind and willing to explain everything to myself and my wife. 3 weeks ago I had a new water heater installed by Ryan and associated with Rick’s Plumbing. Worked efficiently, cleaned up afterwards and had showed up on time for the job. Wasn’t getting enough hot water after the install. Scott came out and adjusted the settings. Again on time, efficient and left nothing behind but good service. They provide good service at a very reasonable price with flexibility for your schedule in a timely manner. Priority to this I got a leak under my kitchen sink the night before I was scheduled for surgery. I called them and were quick to reschedule a prior appt to come and help me not knowing how long I’d be in the hospital. Above and beyond expectations. Many thanks to a great team!
Our toilet started leaking randomly last week and Jonny came out and was extremely helpful. He was able to fix the issue and even showed me where we could update some things throughout our house. Jonny was very informative and answered all of my questions and as a first time home owner Ill take all the advice i can get.
