Righty Tighty picked up my call right away, I didnt have to call again and again or leave a message and wait for a call back. It was on a Sunday afternoon. Came just in time to check on the water leak. Justin was the technician, very professional and outstanding. It turned out the problem was on our neighbor’s side. Justin even went over to the neighbor and informed them. That was very thoughtful and kind. I know the neighbors and they were pleased thank thankful for him. The fact that you guys picked up the phone on the weekend, came out to see us within time promised, even went above and beyond to help us out and our neighbor, definitely deserves five stars on customer satisfaction and recommendation. Thank you for your excellent service.

Highly recommend Righty Tighty Plumbing! My daughter suggested them after having a great experience with her rental property, and I can see why. Communication was clear, he arrived right on time, and quickly diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes. Even better, he called the company to reduce our bill because he solved it so fast—who does that? Tony was personable, honest, and thorough, testing all fixtures to ensure everything was clear before he left. Their integrity and professionalism are unmatched.
