We’re from the East Coast, where roof replacements are usually due to age—not hail damage. The first time we dealt with hail, we unfortunately got taken advantage of. So when it happened again, I knew better and made sure to only work with someone who had a rock-solid reputation.
David and his crew delivered on every promise. Zach took care of us from start to finish—answering all of my questions and making the entire process smooth. They even worked directly with the insurance company to ensure everything the adjuster missed was properly submitted and covered.
Both the house and outbuilding roofs were completed in a single day, and the crew left the place spotless. I LOVE the new roof, and if (or when!) hail hits again, I know exactly who to call.
Rock canyon Roofing knocked it out of the park! The process from start to finish was as easy as it could be! Hard to find that with contractors these days. Everyone I talked to was super knowledgeable and happy to explain any questions I had the entire time. They had great communication unlike other companies that I have worked with in the past that stop communication after getting your signature. They left my property clean and made sure to get as many nails as possible after completion. Dealing with the insurance company was a breeze as they handled that as well. I can’t say enough good things about this company and their employees. If you need a roof done they should be your go to hands down! Huge thank you for such a wonderful job!
Had a great experience meeting David for an inspection a year ago. Recently had two shingles blow off in the wind and called Rock Canyon first based on that good experience.
Alex showed up and immediately said he could fix it for $300 because the ‘office price’ would be far higher. Said it was because the office has insurance and other bills to cover. When I balked saying I might need to check the office price – he said he would work with my budget. This rubbed me wrong. He was more concerned about how much I could pay before even looking at the roof.
Contacted the office and was told various things, but to go ahead and work with this Alex guy as it would be cheaper.
I fixed the roof myself with a total of three shingles and less than $20 of materials in less than ten minutes. I was told was that Rock Canyon has a $300 minimum charge for repairs. Alex told me the Rock Canyon price would be far higher than $300 and he was giving me a deal.
This roof was installed three years ago and had no repairs since. This was the most minor of repairs.
At this point I can’t recommend.
I have used several roofing companies over the years but I highly recommend Rock Canyon. David and his team are incredible. Not your average roofing company trying to take advantage of customers. Communication and service are top notch! I will continue to use and recommend this Rock Canyon Roofing to my clients!
