From the minute I called with a hot water issue, everyone i talked to or came in contact with was GREAT! The contact I had on the phone was top notch and she sent someone out quite quickly. The first technician was prompt and courteous, explained that he was there to make sure that things at my home were safe until the service technician could get there. Wow, I never expected that! When Patrick arrived, he was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done and when I approved the work, he got right on it! Thanks Roto Rooter for getting the job done!
Water clean up was quick and communication was top notch. Guys are supper easy to talk to if you have any questions. The only thing that I had an issue with is that I had to pay a separate fee for pipe to be fixed and it was pricey. Still waiting to see if insurance will reimburse the price of the pipe being replaced or not.
