Edit 2: John called back and promised me they will stand by their work. They will help repatch and repitch in Spring. We will observe over this winter and see next Spring. I feel that they are standing by their work, so keeping the 5 star review!

Edit 1: I am editing this review in hopes owner gets in contact with me. Recently we replaced an entire flat roof for a 3700 sq ft commercial building. Everything looked fine until it rained a few days later. I discovered two places of significant ponding. I brought this to the attention of John who I had been working with. He assured me ponding for a few hours after rain is ok and that if there are any issues they stand behind their work. And I gladly paid in full (including $7k for “extra’s” over John’s original quote).

But it’s been over three days since last week’s rain and I have found manufacturer typically void warranty for ponding over 48 hours. So this is not minor ponding.

I have contacted John but so far all I got us “has it leaked”?

This is not an issue of immediate leak. It’s one of craftsmanship. So what if it doesn’t leak now. I paid $52k for a new roof that should not pond. I want to lengthen the lifespan not shorten it. I don’t want a voided warranty. I was promised quality and craftsmanship.

Keith Roofing provided an excellent experience from start to finish. John, who handled the estimate, was thorough and answered all my questions. The office staff was very helpful throughout the process, and the roofing crew was both fast and efficient. Not only did they deliver a top-quality roof, but they also left our entire property looking brand new, with impressive cleanup afterward. While there was some noise, which is to be expected with roofing work, the crew was diligent and respectful, accommodating our comings and goings with ease. Overall, I highly recommend Keith Roofing for their professionalism and excellent service.

Our journey for a reliable roofing company began during and after the pandemic. We had total of 10 or more companies. All of them were rated high and the prices were a bit lower during this time. The materials were reasonably priced fair ( at that time ).
Fast forward, and post pandemic, we waited a bit and made contact with Lindy. We were impressed with customer reviews and CA state contractors Lic. board.
Ron Valenzuela was the estimator and provided us with a good inspection report. We found him to be knowledgeable, diligent ,polite and extremely responsive.
Ron came out and gave what we believed to be a fair quote for all work to be done. We knew that prices had increased considerably due to the pandemic. He had even agreed to match some previous quotes ( all things considered). The day came that we decided to go with Lindy. The roof really needed to be replaced and the weather was changing with heavy rain in the forecast. We agreed on a mutual price and set a tentative date. They got us the permit as well. We selected our roof materials and gutters. Ron was kind enough to bump us up on the schedule. He put his “top” roofing guys on our job.
The day came for tear off. Ron oversaw the crew. The men who worked on the house were all polite, personable and they worked hard. They did a great job cleaning up each day. These guys were skilled roofers and it showed.
Ron was always made himself available, even after hours!

We did find find some structural issues mainly dry rot and a few places with no plywood. The roof was 35 + yrs old. Ron and the crew did an excellent job with the repairs. We were so pleased at their efforts. The (2) skylites were installed with no issues.
After the work was done, the city came and passed the inspection. Bravo!.
The roof looks fabulous, The gutters and downspouts are installed and working efficiently.
We can sleep well at night knowing that the roof is as good as it gets. . We cannot be more pleased with Ron and the crew from Lindy. We have a 10 yr. warranty and the additional warranty from Certain-teed.
