I had two types of service one at a plumber come out and remove an RPC valve that was on the main valve of my house most companies did not come out to even look at it or hung up on me when they didn’t understand what I was requesting. The second when we were having Sub-Zero temperatures my heat pump quit when the night was about to be very cold. I knew there would be a supplemental charge for being the weekend but the person I spoke to the first person did not set the appropriate accurate expectation of how much it would cost she simply quoted the service charge we did not include the other supplemental charges for coming after outside of normal business hours. I mentioned it and they said well they just didn’t know. I normally don’t find complicity that acceptable answer. The first service I mentioned was good I just have one complaint about the second service. They did get the heat pump to work for the night however he had returned Monday not everything was fixed. Under normal weather I would just have waited till Monday but it was below zero and houses in my neighborhood have had pipes burst to have severe damage. With normal cold weather if they left their heat turned off. That’s why I was willing to have someone come out on the weekend. I gave three stars for the first experience not the second. My second experience being I wasn’t told ahead of time the accurate price or what it would be is why they didn’t get the last two stars.

I started using Sanders due to an after hours issue. They were quick and efficient. Unfortunately, my project has ended up being larger than expected. I’ve felt included in all steps. They’ve helped me stay in my home comfortable during the project my making sure I’m never without plumbing. I’ve really appreciated their communication and work. I’m glad to have found a new plumbing company!
