Joel came out to do a free roof inspection because we had a leak. He was incredibly helpful and honest, and advised us that we didn’t need any work done. When he found out I was a new homeowner, he also gave me some pointers on some other aspects of my home such as the siding, which was very kind. I will definitely come back to this company for maintenance! Thank you!

The insurance company’s vendor that links the insured with reputable contractors never responded to any of our requests for recommendations for weeks on end. Not only did J.R. respond quickly to our request for an estimate, he engaged both a window replacement contractor and a painting contractor on our behalf, and he dealt with the insurance company directly and actually assisted us in supplying additional evidence of damage that the adjuster did not photograph in support of our claim.
