Superior Roofing did a great job on my rental I will be making this my go to company. They were responsive and showed me videos of the process so I knew they did the work. They were a great company, definitely worth every penny to ensure I was stress free whole time and was able to go work while they took care of it. Here’s some pictures of my new patio and light setup I’m blown away, can really enjoy my space now.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! We were quoted $250 to come out and certify that our roof is good for another 2 years as we’re trying to sell our home. Our roof is only 7 years old, has no leaks and still looks new. John came out and was up on the roof for 5 minutes and said he “found” a couple nails that needed to be silicone caulked and that it would cost $395 to do it. We said if that’s it that can we just do it because $395 is a ton for that. He said he would talk to the owner and get back to us. He called today and said that they previously misspoke on the $250 quote to certify the roof and that it was supposed to be $650 for the certification, but if we were still willing to climb up on the roof and do the work, that they would certify it. So I got mad and said that it sounded like he found a way to get paid for the $250 certificate like we previously agreed upon and the overpriced work that needed to be done of $395 without having to drive the hour to my house and still have me on the roof. He hung up on me. This company is sketchy and I would NEVER do business with them again.
