As a new home owner I wanted the best and most communicative service I could find, and as of now I believe Trad’s offers that very level of service. My service professional was Mr. Bryan H. and he is a wealth of knowledge. He took the time to answer all my questions, gave me helpful tips about the house, and he was proactive in telling me what I should look out for. His demeanor and character surely do not go unnoticed. I hope for continued quality service in the future from Trad’s.
Thomas was extremely nice and knowledgeable about my concerns. I really like the information he left in the technician notes! Before I didn’t know to water it in or not! Or what was actually done to the lawn. Hopefully my new lawn will soon be green and weed free!!
I haven’t had much interaction with the company itself but Cam (the young man who has been responsible for pest control at our location) has been absolutely amazing. Very responsive and informative, patient and indulgent when we have questions, and altogether one of the most polite and customer focused people I have had the pleasure of meeting recently. The company seems great but if Cam is any representation of the average tech they dispatch, customer service is their strong suit. Cameron for president 2028!
Matt was very polite, very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needs to be done with our lawn. He was so impressive we cancelled visits from other vendors. We look for to having a beautiful lawn.
