John Fantham came out to the house after two other companies gave me quotes. John and this company were honest, hard working and has my business for all future hot water needs. I didn’t have to worry about anything because everything was explained thoroughly and the entire process from making the appointment, to having the project completed was amazing.
Brandon N. was the technician who helped us. He was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Our water heater was leaking and had to be replaced. We called Thursday evening and they were able to schedule someone for Friday early afternoon. And due to water damage, we wanted the built-in stand replaced with a metal one, and Brandon was able to do that.

The technician, John, was great to work with and explained everything really well. Their prices were very reasonable and I appreciated their customer service, and quick response time.
